Outdoor Soft Play — Area & Safety Notes

    • Please make sure the setup area is flat, clean, and measured in advance so everything fits comfortably and safely.
    • If the setup is on grass, the lawn should be freshly mowed to help the soft mats sit flat and stay connected during play.
    • Kindly ensure the area is clean and free from animal waste, dirt, or food.
    • Please turn off any automatic sprinkler or irrigation systems for the day of the event.
    • Clear access is needed for smooth delivery, setup, and pack-down.
    • Outdoor setups are weather-dependent and follow Victorian safety guidelines. Weather is checked using the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BOM).
    • All required safety items, including mats and anchoring, must be able to be installed.
    • If the area is not ready, we'll do our best to set up in the available space. If fewer items fit, the total amount remains non-refundable.

Rules for Using the Soft Play Area

Please don't have on the soft play area:

    • ✕ No food (candy, cookies, etc.)
    • ✕ No drinks
    • ✕ No shoes / heels
    • ✕ No colouring items (marker pens, face paints, etc.)

All of this spoils the surface of the soft play area. If these rules are ignored, the refundable deposit is not returned in full.

    Ball Pit Collection

After the event, by the time the driver arrives, the balls should be inside the ball pit (if you had ordered one). If the driver collects the balls, this will extend pick-up time and cost an additional $60.

As a rule, children are happy to collect the balls themselves! Some parents turn cleanup into a fun game — asking kids to throw all the balls back into the pit, with a small prize for the one who throws in the last ball.

Outdoor Marquee — Friendly Setup Notes

    • Please ensure the setup area is flat, clean, and carefully measured in advance. The available space should allow at least 10 cm of extra clearance on each side so the marquee can be installed and opened safely.
    • The area should be free from obstacles, furniture, and animal waste before installation.
    • Our marquees are heavy-duty and designed to handle wind gusts of up to approximately 65–70 km/h and provide rain protection.
    • During heavy or prolonged rain, some water may collect on the roof. If this happens, our team on site will guide you on the best and safest way to manage it.
    • Weather conditions are checked one day before the event (and re-checked if needed) using the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BOM).
    • For safety and smooth scheduling, we usually install the marquee one day before the event and collect it the day after, unless otherwise agreed.
    • One day prior to setup, we'll confirm your preferred wall configuration (open, partially closed, or fully enclosed) based on the forecast.
    • Clear access is kindly required for delivery, installation, and pack-down.

Rules for Using the Bubble House

No more than 5 children are allowed inside the bubble house at the same time. The bubble house has two doors: an outer door and an inner door leading to the main dome.

The most important rule: to keep the bubble house inflated, one door must always remain closed.

    Entering:

    1. Open only the first (outer) door.
    2. Once all children are inside the first section, close the outer door.
    3. Then open the second (inner) door to the main bubble house.

    Leaving:

    1. Close the inner door behind you.
    2. Then open the outer door to exit.

If both doors are open at the same time, the bubble house will start to deflate. This is not a problem — simply close one of the doors and allow a few moments for it to fully inflate again.
