The surface must be flat, stable, with no slopes or uneven ground. Grass must be freshly cut, dry, and level. Sprinkler or irrigation systems must be turned off at least 24 hours before the event and remain off during the hire period. Wet surfaces may result in refusal of setup.

How should the area be prepared for soft play?

The setup area must be completely clean and free from animal waste, food, dirt, sharp objects, and debris.

What is not allowed on soft play?

Accepted Answer

No food or drinks, no shoes or heels, and no markers, paints, or colouring items. Failure to follow these rules may result in loss of bond.

All balls must be returned before collection. If our team collects them, a $60 fee applies.

Can jumping castles be used in any weather?

No. They can only be installed without rain and with gusts up to approx. 30 km/h.

It has two doors. One must always stay closed to keep it inflated. If both doors are open, the bubble house may deflate — simply close one door to fix it.
